1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CheckMyAI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

CheckMyAI is an AI search visibility tool that allows businesses to check whether they are recommended by AI tools including ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. Users enter their website URL and receive a visibility score, breakdown and action plan. Results are generated using third-party AI APIs and may vary between scans.

3. No Guarantee of Results

CheckMyAI provides informational results only. We do not guarantee that any specific score, recommendation or action plan will result in improved business performance, increased traffic or revenue. AI search results are probabilistic and may change at any time. You use the Service at your own discretion.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

CheckMyAI offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro at $19/month and Agency at $49/month). Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and automatically renew until cancelled. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayNow.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at checkmyai.sg@gmail.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are evaluated on a case by case basis. To request a refund please contact us within 7 days of your payment.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CheckMyAI to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Scan websites you do not own or have permission to scan
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our Service
• Use the Service to harm, harass or deceive others
• Overload or disrupt our servers or infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code and materials on CheckMyAI are owned by CheckMyAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

CheckMyAI uses third-party AI APIs including OpenAI, Perplexity AI and Google Gemini to generate scan results. We also use Stripe for payment processing and Vercel for hosting. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or performance of these third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheckMyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that results will be accurate or complete. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

11. Privacy

Your use of CheckMyAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall first be resolved through informal negotiations. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Singapore in the English language before a single arbitrator.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
